  • 2 can
    black beans, undrained (15 oz each)
  • 1/2 c
    chunky salsa
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 can
    chicken broth (16 oz)
  • shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • low-fat sour cream
  • minced green onions
  • chopped cilantro

  • Add undrained black beans to a pot.

    Place beans, undrained, in a medium saucepan.
  • Partially mash the beans.
