creamy spicy lentil soup
When I became aware of the nutritional value of spices I began using them. There's a variety of ways to make lentils so during my experimentation I came up with this wonderful tasting soup that's a favorite. Hope you agree and gain as many compliments on it as I have.

Ingredients For creamy spicy lentil soup

1 clentils, dry

2carrots
-
2onions- 1 yellow, 1 white.

1 cantomato soup
-
1 tsporegano, dried,
-
2 Tbspchicken bouillon
-
1/2 tspcumin, paprika, parsley, basil, dried seasonings.

2packets of crushed red pepper
-
3/4 tspcayenne pepper
-
1/2 chalf n half
-
3segments of garlic
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1red pepper
- LADLE MORE HALF N HALF AS DESIRED IN EACH SERVING TO COOL THE BURN.
How To Make creamy spicy lentil soup

1Fill stainless steel pot with water, then bring to a boil. Add lentils. Reduce heat to medium to cook.

2Dice onions, red pepper & carrots, add to lentils.

3Peel then Crush garlic segments. Then add to lentils & vegetables.

4Permeate with spices. Cooking until finished. Very important step: Add tomato soup cooking on low heat and stirring often preventing sticking to bottom of pot.

5Cook & stir on Low heat until desired consistency 10-15 minutes.

6Then serve into individual bowls. Offering half n half in a circular motion thus preventing a grey appearance. Provide a thick crusted bread as a side.
