1 pkg16 oz. smoked sausage links, halved lengthwise and sliced

1 smonion, chopped

2 can15 oz. black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained

1 candiced tomatoes, drained

1 cantomato sauce
-
1 cbeef broth
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspcajun seasoning

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/8 tsphot pepper sauce
-
1-1/2 cfrozen corn, thawed
How To Make black-eyed pea sausage stew

1In large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is lightly browned; drain.

2Stir in the peas, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth and seasonings. Cook and stir for 10-12 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

3Stir in the corn; cook 5 minutes longer or until heated through.
