Ingredients For black bean soup

2 canblack beans

1bell pepper
-
1 to 1 1/2peppers in adobo sauce

1 cantomatoes

3-5 clovegarlic

1onion, chopped

2-3 cchicken broth
How To Make black bean soup

1Saute peppers and onions until browned, then add garlic.

2Add beans, tomatoes, and pepper(s) in adobo sauce. Add broth as needed - it should nearly cover the other ingredients.

3Bring to a boil and puree. If soup is thin, boil until it reaches desired consistency.
