Ingredients For bean soup

2 cdried beans, soaked

1 tspcumin

1 pinchpepper

1 tspsalt

2bay leaves

1/2 colive oil
-
2tomatos, chopped

1celery stick, sliced

2carrots, peeled and sliced
-
1onion, chopped
-
3 ptstock
How To Make bean soup

1Cook the soaked beans in fresh water for 10 minutes and drain.

2In a soup pot, heat the oil and gently fry the onion.

3Add the rest of the vegetable and seasonings.

4Stir well and add the beans.

5Ensure that all the vegetable are covered with oil and pour in the stock.

6Allow to simmer until the beans are cooked and the vegetables are tender.
