The blue cheese gives this soup a little zing. I added the bacon, blue cheese crumbles and garlic croutons on top to really top this soup off. Very delicious!!!

How To Make bean bacon blue cheese tomato soup

1Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.

2Add blue cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Cook until well blended.

3Add tomato soup, chicken stock, and salsa. Cook until well blended.

4Add ground pepper, sea salt, and pre-cooked northern beans. Simmer until ready to serve.
