Softest Ragaliki
"I know there are a million recipes out there for rugelach or otherwise know as rogaliki .And although I think rogaliki in any form are delicious, these sweet treats are probably the softest I have had so far. I got this recipe from a sweet friend. I love them! They are so mini sized, so soft! Usually rogaliki end up drying out quickly but because of the vinegar they stay nice and soft for days! You will really enjoy these!..."
