INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature, no substitution)
2 ounces cream cheese (brick-style, at room temperature)
¾ cup brown sugar (packed, light or dark)
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg (at room temperature)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (recommended)
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (I used this one.)
1 and ¾ cups all-purpose flour ( sifted then measured correctly)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 ounces mini chocolate chips
