3 cups (361g) Unbleached, All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup milk (can be any fat content)
2/3 cups of hot tap water (slightly less if humid)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 TBSP granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. instant yeast or 1 package of dry active yeast dissolved in a TBSP of warm water
cooking spray (such as Pam)
1 TBSP melted butter
