Name: Soft pear cake
Ingredients: 4 pears, peeled, cored and cut into ¼ inch slices; 180g sugar; 4 whole eggs; 150g flour; 125g butter, melted and cooled; a pinch of salt; 2 tsp baking powder; 2 Tbsp sultana raisins; 2 Tbsp almond slivers
