1/2 cup boiling water
•
1/2 cup sugar
•
1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
•
juice of 1 lemon
•
2 pkg. Dream Whip topping, prepared and divided (could use 3 cups Cool Whip)
•
1 Angel Food Cake
•
1 cup coconut
•
maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
