INGREDIENTS
1/2 cupless-fat canola margarine, (with 8 grams of fat per tablespoon)
1/4 cuplight corn syrup
1/4 cuplight cream cheese
1 1/4 cupsugar, (if you like, substitute Splenda for 1/2 cup of the sugar)
1 largeegg, (use higher omega-3 eggs if available)
2 egg whites, or 1/4 cup egg substitute
2 teaspoonsdouble-strength vanilla extract, (or use regular)
2 3/4 cupsunbleached flour, (substitute whole-wheat flour for 1 1/4 cups of this, if desired)
2 teaspoonscream of tartar
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1/4 teaspoonsalt
3 tablespoonswhite sugar
3 teaspoonsground cinnamon
