I found this recipe years ago at a store where I was shopping. There were several recipe cards displayed for people to take. This one sounded good to me so I bought the ingredients, went home and made it. My family loved it and still want me to make it for every occasion. I usually have to make two batches of it since it disappears so quickly.

Ingredients For smoky salmon pate'

  • 8 oz
    smoked salmon
  • 8 oz
    package cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    horse radish - mild to hot - depends on what you like.
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • dash of pepper
  • assorted crackers

How To Make smoky salmon pate'

  • 1
    Finely chop smoked salmon. Combine all ingredients until smooth. Chill. Makes two cups. Store any left overs in the refrigerator.
