These delicious little no bake energy bites are the perfect healthy snack!

Ingredients For no bake energy bites

  • 1 c
    old-fashioned rolled oats (dry)
  • 2/3 c
    organic coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c
    organic almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 1/3 c
    raw organic honey or agave nectar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How To Make no bake energy bites

  • 1
    Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    Once chilled, roll into balls or bars of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
