Ingredients For no bake energy bites

1 cold-fashioned rolled oats (dry)

2/3 corganic coconut flakes

1/2 corganic almond or peanut butter

1/2 cground flax seeds

1/2 cchocolate chips or cacao nibs

1/3 craw organic honey or agave nectar

1 Tbspchia seeds (optional)

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make no bake energy bites

1Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

2Once chilled, roll into balls or bars of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
