I found this recipe online and did a little tweak to fit our taste

Ingredients For low carb pizza

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion pwder
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese (shredded) *i use 3 cups
  • 1/2 jar
    pizza sauce
  • 2 c
    your favorite cheese (shredded)
  • pepperoni or any other of your fav toppings

How To Make low carb pizza

  • 1
    Pre heat oven to 350. mix softened cream cheese and eggs together till smooth, if its still a little lumpy that's ok, add heavy cream, parm, and all seasonings and stir till all combined

    Spray a 13x9 pan with plenty non stick cooking spray. Add the 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan. Add egg mixture over the cheese. Do not mix, be sure the egg mixture is even over the cheese.

    Bake for 25 mins. When "crust" has baked pull it out and spread 1/2 of the pizza sauce jar evenly top of "crust" add cheese and then your favorite topping and bake till cheese melted brown and bubbling.

    Enjoy!! For the "crust" I use about 3 cups of Mozzarella(but we LOVE cheese)
