This is fairly low calories for a dip (a serving is a couple of tablespoons, and if my calorie analysis program is correct, should only have about 27 calories. I am always looking for something to encourage me to get all my servings of vegetables in during the day and this makes a fairly yummy mid-morning snack.

1 clow-fat cottage cheese

2 Tbspsliced green onions (white and green parts)

2 Tbspsnipped fresh parsley

1 tspdried dill weed

1 tspworcestershire sauce

How To Make dill dip

1Place everything in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.

2Chill, covered for at least 1 hour before serving.

3Serve with raw veggies or crackers.
