I got this recipe from a coworker and I didn't think much of it when I heard the ingredients just thinking ehhhh just another dry granola tasting thing. But I tried it and they are moist, amd delicious !!! And my kids are picky eaters and they LOVE these!!! I love how much fiber and protein they are getting with these Amish balls. They are also called high fiber balls. The Amish make them a lot and sell them at their market. And they sell them for 75 cents a piece!!! You can make them a lot cheaper!! Note- the recipe calls for bran flakes which you crush up, but I always use raisin bran!!
