These are great for snacking or tossed in a salad. They are super quick to make and very tasty. I like that there isn't too much sugar. Enjoy!

How To Make simple and quick spiced pecans

1Melt the butter in a large, non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

2Stir in the salt and pepper, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.

3Stir in the pecans. Toast the nuts, stirring frequently, until the color starts to deepen (but not blacken), about 6-8 min. *Make sure to watch closely so the nuts don't burn.

4Transfer the nuts to a bowl and sprinkle them with the sugar, while still warm, and mix. Then pour them out onto a plate to cool. Enjoy!
