1/2 cbutter
How To Make ruth's nut scandia

1Turn oven on at 325*
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar then nuts.
Melt butter in pan- spread nut mixture over the egg white mixture and mix well. Salt -
2Bake 10 min then stir and salt
Bake 10 min stir and salt
Bake 10 min stir and salt 30 minutes in all -
3If you double the recipe DO NOT DOUBLE BUTTER.
