I could eat a ton of these, they are really good and good for you! You can also use acorn or butternut squash seeds.

  • seeds from 1 pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    peanut oil
  • seasoned salt, to taste

How To Make roasted savory-seasoned pumpkin seeds

    Preheat oven to 300°F.

    Wash excess pumpkin meat and strings off of seeds

    Press seeds dry between paper towels

    Place dried pumpkin seeds on cookie sheet.

    Drizzle with butter flavored oil.

    Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

    lightly toss, and spread evenly in pan.
