I haven't tried this candy recipe, but sounds so good. Pretty easy and want to share.

Ingredients For ingberlach-jewish candy

1 1/2 choney

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 corange juice, fresh

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspground cloves
-
1/4 tspallspice, ground

2 tspground ginger

1/4 tspkosher salt

5 ozmatzo, finely crumbled

1 chazelnuts
How To Make ingberlach-jewish candy

1Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet

2In a large saucepan, over medium heat

3combine honey, sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, giger & salt, bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes

4Stir in Matzo & hazelnuts, cook until golden brown and thick. About another 10 minutes.

5Using a silicone spatula, spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

6Allow to cool, until easily handled and using lightly oiled hands, scoop up and rool into 1/2-inch ball. Store in an airtight container with waxed paper between the layers.
