Ingredients For chinese style popcorn

2 qtfreshly popped pop corn

1 can(6 1/4 oz.) cashew nuts

1 can(5 oz.) chow mein noodles

1/4 cclarified butter
-
1 1/2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspground ginger
-
salt to taste
How To Make chinese style popcorn

1Combine popcorn, nuts and noodles. Combine butter, soy sauce and ginger, stirring well. Pour into a 15x10" jelly roll pan.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Yield about 2 1/2 quarts.
