Ingredients For chinese style popcorn

  • 2 qt
    freshly popped pop corn
  • 1 can
    (6 1/4 oz.) cashew nuts
  • 1 can
    (5 oz.) chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 c
    clarified butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • salt to taste

How To Make chinese style popcorn

  • 1
    Combine popcorn, nuts and noodles. Combine butter, soy sauce and ginger, stirring well. Pour into a 15x10" jelly roll pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Yield about 2 1/2 quarts.
