Ingredients For crostini

1 lgfrench bread loaf
-
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin
-
1/2 casiago cheese, grated
-
1/4 cbasil, fresh,chopped

1 Tbspsalt and pepper mixed
How To Make crostini

1Slice the baguette on the bias(at a 45 degree angle.
Place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle each slice with olive oil. -
2Top with grated cheese,salt and pepper.
Bake for ten minutes or until golden brown,let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped basil and serve. -
3I like to serve these with any type of cheese,dry salami,hummus,dip or spread. They are absolutely addictive and disappear before the blink of an eye!! Enjoy!!
