Was lucky to have been given this recipe at work. A friend made this and I tell you it did not survive the day! A great treat for the kids and fun to make and give at holiday time.

Ingredients For white chocolate popcorn

  • 1
    bag microwave popcorn
  • 1 (12 oz)
    bag white chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    nuts (whatever you like)

How To Make white chocolate popcorn

    pop the popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Put it in a large bowl.

    In a pyrex bowl melt the chips in the microwave for 3 minutes. Watch it though as microwaves vary in time and intensity.

    Let stand for one minute in the microwave.

    Mix in the nuts and add the popcorn. Mix well to coat and lay flat on a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.

    Chill for a few minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy!
