Ingredients For toffee popcorn

  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    corn syrup, light
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make toffee popcorn

    In sauce pan combine sugar, salt, corn syrup and butter. Bring to 300 degrees (hard crack) stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over 1 gallon of popped popcorn. Mix well to coat the popcorn. Store in airtight container.
