I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it sounds good and easy. I love popcorn.

Ingredients For pink elephant popcorn

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 4 Tbsp
    dry strawberry flavored gelatin
  • 2 qt
    popped popcorn

How To Make pink elephant popcorn

  • 1
    Melt butter over low heat. Stir in marshmallows until they are soft but not melted. Add flavored gelatin mix. Stir until everything is a nice pink color throughout. The gelatin will not dissolve completely, but that's all right. Pour evenly over popcorn and stir until popcorn is evenly coated.
