I can't stake a claim on this recipe...it's from a very good friend of mine. It is such a favorite, though, so I have to share!

Ingredients For peanut butter popcorn

  • 1/2 c
    karo syrup
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    peanut buter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make peanut butter popcorn

  • 1
    In a small saucepan, add Karo syrup and sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir together. Pour over popcorn and stir together. I usually mix this all together in a large bowl and then put it into a smaller bowl...just easier and less messy!
