Ingredients For healthy popcorn, lyn*

1brown paper lunch bag, the heavier bag (no fires)

1/3 cpopcorn kernels

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 tspsalt, or less
How To Make healthy popcorn, lyn*

1Place popcorn, oil, and salt in lunch brown bag.

2Fold top down 2 turns and shake bag.

3Place in microwave and cook on high for 3-5 minutes, until popping stopped 1 -2 seconds between pops.

4Pour out into a bowl to serve. TOPPINGS: 1. Melted butter and a little more salt if needed 2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese 3. Cinnamon and sugar/steiva 4. Cayenne pepper 5. Or one of your own
