This recipe uses corn puffs. It is my niece's recipe. Her recipe calls for Vitner's corn pops. It is so yummy it is hard to stop eating it.

1 bagcorn puffs (mike sells brand)

2 stickbutter

1 clight brown sugar

1/2 clight corn syrup

1 tspbaking soda
How To Make carmel corn

1Put corn puffs in a large bowl. In a large pot, heat butter, sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat. Stir constantly till it bubbles,then add baking soda. Remove from heat and pour mixture over corn puffs and stir to coat.

2Place mixture on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250°F for 20 minutes. Stir puffs and bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from baking sheet into large bowl, let cool and break apart.

3When I double this recipe, I use 3 sticks of butter, 3 bags of Mike's Sells brand puffs and double everything else.
