It is the time of year for caramel popcorn and this is an easy and tasty popcorn just in time for Halloween or any fall events! ENJOY!

Ingredients For caramel popcorn

  • 2 stick
    butter (do not substitute)
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    white corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make caramel popcorn

  • 1
    Combine butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil five minutes; remove from stove and add baking soda and salt; stir in. Pour over 15 - 20 cups of popped corn in 2 - 3 roasting pans. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely and package. Be sure to stir every 15 minutes. ENJOY!!
