caramel apple popcorn
This recipe was adapted from a caramel corn recipe to add a bit of fall into our snacking. We hope you enjoy it as much as our family does.

Ingredients For caramel apple popcorn

1 1/2 cpopcorn

2 bagapple chips

1 1/2 Tbspinstant apple cider ( 1 pouch) drink mix

1 clight brown sugar

1 clight corn syrup

1/2 cbutter
-
1 tspsalt

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1 tspapple pie spice
How To Make caramel apple popcorn

1Preheat oven to 250. Spray or line two cookie sheets. Pop your popcorn with popcorn oil/butter and salt. Remove unpopped kernels. Add apple chips to popcorn.

2In a medium sauce pan, combine brown sugar, cider mix, corn syrup, butter, apple pie spice and salt. Heat on medium until it starts to boil. Add sweetened condensed milk and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

3Remove caramel from heat and pour over popcorn apple mixture. Stir to evenly coat everything.

4Pour onto prepared cookie sheets and bake for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes for even cooking.

5Remove from oven, break up large pieces and let cool. Store in air tight container.
