Ingredients For candied popcorn crunch

  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 10 c
    popcorn, popped approx. 1 bag
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips, melted
  • 6 oz
    white chocolate chips melted
  • 1 c
    salted pretzels, crushed

How To Make candied popcorn crunch

  • 1
    Combine sugar, honey bring to a boil, boil approx. 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter until smooth and add vanilla.

    Pour over popcorn mixing to coat popcorn evenly. Spread on a wax paper covered sheet pan.

    Drizzle with melted chocolates and sprinkle with crushed pretzels. Store in an airtight container. Bag up in cellophane bag for gifting.
