Ingredients For wholesome granola bars

1 1/2 cfirmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cmargarine or btuuer softened

2 Tbsphoney
-
1 lgegg white
-
1 call purpose flour
-
1 Tbspcinnamon, ground

1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1 cquick cooking rolled oats
-
1 crice krispies cereal
-
1 crasins
-
1/2 cshelled sun flower seeds
How To Make wholesome granola bars

1Hear oven to 350. Prepare 9X13 pan with n0nstick cooking spray.

2In a large mixing bowel, combine brown sugar, margarine honey and egg white. Beat till well blended.

3Sift Flour, cinnamon and Baking powder together and add to mixture. Stir well.

4Stir in oats, cereal, raisins and sun flower seed. mix well.

5Press firmly into prepared 9X13 pan.

6Bake at 350 for 14-18 min or till eggs are light golden brown and center appears set.

7Cool completely, Cut into bars (36). I individually wrap mine for a grab on the go bar, or you can store in tightly covered container.

8Makes 36 bars, 90 calories, 2 grams fat and 0mg cholesterol
