I've been making this one for years. I usually make the liquid smoke variety, as hubs loves it.

Ingredients For three way beef jerky (tnt)

2 lbs. bottom round or any lean beef steak or roast (flank included)

spicy marinade:
-
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
-
1 t. olive oil
-
1/4 t. tabasco sauce
-
2 tbsp. sherry
-
dash garlic powder
-
salt and pepper
- SMOKEY MARINADE:(THIS ONE IS GREAT)

1 1/2 t. liquid smoke
-
1 cup water
-
2 t. salt
-
1/4 t. pepper
-
1/2 t. garlic powder
- ORIENTAL MARINADE:
-
1 cup soy sauce
-
1 cup chinese oyster sauce
-
1/2 cup brown sugar
-
1 cup sugar
How To Make three way beef jerky (tnt)

1Trim all fat from meat and partially freeze to facilitate cutting. Cut into very thin slices, cutting with the grain. Mix marinade ingredients of your choice and stir in meat. Marinate overnight, stirring occasionally. Place cake racks on foil covered cookie sheets or cover bottom of oven with foil and use oven racks. Drape meat slices on racks and roast for 8 to 10 hours or overnight at 175. Cool and store in an airtight container. Makes about 1 1/2 lbs. Source: My Old Recipes
