Ever wonder what to do with the skins after peelin potato's??? This is what we do with them Every time I peel potatoes, I save the peels by covering with water in a sealed container in frige then if we want a snack they are there

Ingredients For tater skins

  • 3-4 large
    potatoes
  • 1 c
    cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped fine
  • 3 cup pkg
    shredded cheese

How To Make tater skins

  • 1
    Peel potatoes. Deep fry peels until crispy, drain and season to taste. { I use garlic powder or Hidden Valley Ranch powder sometimes to change up flavor}
  • 2
    Place peeling on baking sheet, sprinkle on the bacon, onions. top with cheese
  • 3
    Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • 4
    Serve with sour cream and salsa
