Ever wonder what to do with the skins after peelin potato's??? This is what we do with them Every time I peel potatoes, I save the peels by covering with water in a sealed container in frige then if we want a snack they are there

Ingredients For tater skins

3-4 largepotatoes

1 ccooked bacon, crumbled

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped fine

3 cup pkgshredded cheese
How To Make tater skins

1Peel potatoes. Deep fry peels until crispy, drain and season to taste. { I use garlic powder or Hidden Valley Ranch powder sometimes to change up flavor}

2Place peeling on baking sheet, sprinkle on the bacon, onions. top with cheese

3Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted

4Serve with sour cream and salsa
