these are yummy and i'm not one who likes pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients For taco pumpkin seeds

  • 1 c
    fresh pumpkin seeds washed and dried
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegtable oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp
    garlic salt

How To Make taco pumpkin seeds

    In a skillet place the oil and seeds and saute for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Using a slotted spoon transfer to an ungreased 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning and garlic salt stir to coat.

    Spread into a single layer and bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.

    Remove to paper towels to cool completely. Store in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
