These scones can be made in less than 1/2 an hour. They are so simple, why not get the young ones started on baking using this recipe!

Ingredients For sultana scones

  • 1 lb
    self rising flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 4 oz
    sugar
  • 1/2 pt
    milk
  • 4 oz
    butter
  • 4 oz
    sultanas

How To Make sultana scones

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients. Roll out to 1/2 in thick. Press out rounds with pastry cutter. Brush top of each with beaten egg/ or milk

    Bake for 10/15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees
