These are just delicious and your guests will not just stop at one or two. - so make lots. My family like these more often than during the holidays. Good to snack on during the game or summer picnics.

Ingredients For stuffed jumbo olives

  • 1 jar
    jumbo pitted ripe olives ,drained
  • 1 jar
    medium green olives.pitted and drained
  • 3 oz
    pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash
    pepper
  • 1 dash
    garlic powder

How To Make stuffed jumbo olives

  • 1
    Cut a slit from the top to the bottom of the black and the green olives; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, mix well. Fill a small heavy duty plastic bag with the cream cheese mixture. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag; carefully pipe mixture into the olives. Repeat procedure on small pitted olives. Chill.
