This recipe is so rich and delicious you can only eat one. Be sure to keep the chilled at all times. To serve more than one at a time place an ice-cold pack under them, especially in this summer heat. You and your family are going to love this recipe just like my family and friends

Ingredients For s'more bars

  • 2 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2/3 c
    real butter, melted
  • 10 oz
    mini marshmallows
  • 11 oz
    chocolate chips

How To Make s'more bars

    In a small bowl, stir together the crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Toss and mix until well blended.

    Press 1/2 the mixture into bottom of sprayed 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Bake 5 minutes in preheated 375^ oven.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over crust evenly.

    Now sprinkle all the marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips, evenly.

    Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crums evenly over the marshmallows and press down to make top crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool slightly ; then chill in refrigerator until set. Cut into small pieces (these are very rich) using a serrated knife..(might need to dip in warm water.(dry knife). Keep remainder in refrigerator. I usually cut them all up and place the in plastic container, layers separated with wax paper..
