My niece in Fl. made this dip & I chose to make the "Skinny" way. It really is awesome!!

Ingredients For "skinny" pumpkin dip

  • 1 can
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 4 oz. box
    sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz. pkg
    fat free cool whip, thawed
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make "skinny" pumpkin dip

  • 1
    Mix pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, & vanilla together. Then fold in cool whip. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with fresh apple or pears slices, cinnamon suger pita chips or whatever sounds good to you!
