How To Make roasted pumpkin seeds

1Clean seeds well, strain and shake out excess water. Preheat oven to 375°

2Stir seeds, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl together until seeds are completely coated.

3Spread seeds onto a large cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Enjoy!
