My 15 grandchildren love these and so do I. They are quick and easy to prepare. I sometimes use cocoa krispies and peanut butter along with the marshmallow mix. Get creative because there are many variations.

Ingredients For rice krispy pops

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 10-12 oz
    marshmallows
  • 6 c
    rice krispies
  • 1 oz
    bakers semi sweet chocolate
  • 20-25 stick
    pop sticks or lollipop sticks

How To Make rice krispy pops

  • 1
    melt butter in a large pot, add marshmallows and reduce flame and continue to stir until melted and gooey.

    incorporate the rice krispies and stir until coated
  • 3
    with buttered or wet hands, form balls(walnut or larger, depending upon preference); spear a pop stick 1/2 way through. Melt chocolate and then dip pops until well coated, add sprinkles, nuts, whatever. Place on wax paper and enjoy.
