Ingredients For raspberry granola bars

1 cpecans, coarsely chopped

1 1/2 cflour

1 1/4 crolled oats

1/3 csugar
-
1/3 cbrown sugar

1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 cbutter, melted

1 craspberry jam
How To Make raspberry granola bars

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper and spray paper.

3Spread pecans on baking sheet and toast in oven for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

4Whisk together flour, oats, sugars, baking soda and cooled pecans.

5Pour in melted butter and stir until well combined.

6Press two-thirds of mixture in bottom of baking pan.(About 3 cups).

7Spread jam evenly across surface.

8Sprinkle remaining oat mixture evenly over the jam layer.

9Bake 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

10Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
