Ingredients For protein bars

1/2 csugar

1/2 cwhite corn syrup

3/4 cpeanut butter, crunchy

3 cspecial k or rice crispies cereal

1 tspvanilla
How To Make protein bars

1PROTEIN BARS Boil sugar and syrup until sugar dissolves. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add cereal. Put in buttered 9-inch pan. DON'T BAKE! Sprinkle 1 package butterscotch chips and 1/s package chocolate chips over top. Place under broiler for just a few seconds. Spread, cool, and cut.
