Ingredients For pocket tacos

1 lb93/7 ground beef

1 canfat free refried beans

1 pkgtaco seasoning

12 ozreduced fat mexican blend cheese

street taco sized flour tortillas
How To Make pocket tacos

1Brown ground beef in skilet, drain, return to skillet. Add taco seasoning packet and follow directions for cooking

2Add refried beans to ground beef and stir until all ingredients are hot.

3Place 1 tortilla on flat surface. Place 1/4 cup beef/bean mixture in center. Top with desired amount of cheese. Place second tortilla on top and gently press down.

4Place on a sandwich maker and close lid. Cook until desired crispness, approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove and top with sour cream and any other desired toppings.
