My husband loves Pickled Eggs, especially in the summer. They are so easy to make.

Ingredients For pickled eggs

  • 1 can
    beets, undrained
  • 1 can
    apple cider vinegar (use beet can)
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 12
    hard boiled eggs

How To Make pickled eggs

  • 1
    Hard boil 12 eggs, cool and shell.
  • 2
    Empty beets and juice into a large, sealable container.
  • 3
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt to beets and juice and stir until sugar dissolves.
  • 4
    Add eggs and store in refrigerator for 2 days, stirring or shaking container every couple of hours.
  • 5
    Good with pickles, kielbasi or just to snack on.
