Ingredients For pickled eggs

1 canbeets, undrained

1 canapple cider vinegar (use beet can)

3/4 csugar

2 Tbspsalt

12hard boiled eggs
How To Make pickled eggs

1Hard boil 12 eggs, cool and shell.

2Empty beets and juice into a large, sealable container.

3Add vinegar, sugar and salt to beets and juice and stir until sugar dissolves.

4Add eggs and store in refrigerator for 2 days, stirring or shaking container every couple of hours.

5Good with pickles, kielbasi or just to snack on.
