I was looking for ways to add protein to my diet while still enjoying food. These protein balls are delicious and have a lot of fiber as well as protein.

Ingredients For no bake energy bites

  • 2/3 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    flax seeds
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make no bake energy bites

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Stir to combine ingredients well.

    Refrigerate 10 to 20 minutes.

    Use a cookie scoop to form balls. Recipe makes 21 small balls or 12 large balls.

    Store prepared energy bites in the refrigerator.
