I love pickles and the first time I heard of fried pickles I decided to try and then cook them for myself and family and friend's and they would always tell me, "Nobody can make a fried pickle like yours."

Ingredients For niya's fried pickles

  • 8 jar
    claussen dill pickle spears
  • 1 c
    gold medal flour
  • 2 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    buttermilk
  • 4 c
    crisco frying oil

How To Make niya's fried pickles

    First take a paper towel and get some of the Pickle juice off. Lay your pickles on top of the parchment paper.

    Set you flour, bread crumbs and egg and milk wash in order.

    Take the Pickle cover it with flour then dip it in the egg and milk then for a thicker crust dip it back in flour and back in egg and milk bath now let it drain off the access of milk and egg. Dip in the breadcrumbs. Set your Pickle to the side repeat and when your all done place them in the refrigerator for about an 1hr.

    Heat your pan up with 3-4 cups of Crisco oil depending on how deep your frying pan is and if you have a deep fryer even better results. When the grease heat up place your pickles in the hot grease. When the pickles turn golden brown removed them out of grease.

    Your pickles are done and ready to eat.
