Ran across this while trying to sort through recipe's. We grew up having this on Sunday's during Packer game's with other various snacks.

Ingredients For mushroom crescent snacks

  • 3 c
    mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 3 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 can
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make mushroom crescent snacks

  • 1
    Brown Mushroom in butter, add salt, onions, lemon juice and worcestershire . Cook till liquid evaporates.

    Place dough in 9x13 pan and press seams (about 1/4 up sides) Spread Cream Cheese - top with mushroom and parm.

    Bake 20-25 min. Cool 5 mins and cut into desired serving size. A pizza cutter works good for this
