Ingredients For mum's fudge in 5 (with evaporated milk)

2/3 cundiluted carnation evaporated milk

1 2/3 csugar

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 cminiature marshmallows

1 1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cchopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
How To Make mum's fudge in 5 (with evaporated milk)

1Mix Carnation evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over low. Heat to boiling, then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

2Add miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, nuts. Stir 1-2 minutes (until marshmallows melt). Pour into buttered 9” square pan.

3Allow to cool then cut into squares or whatever size pieces you want. I run my knife under hot water for a minute. It cuts the fudge like butter :)
